I'm a new PC user. Please tell me how I can copy promotional materials from your site?
First, find the HTML code you need in a text field on the Banners, Texts or Scripts and Forms pages that are located in your account. You should copy this code and paste it into the source HTML code of your site.
To copy the code, select the entire content of the text field by clicking anywhere on the text field. After you select the code, the entire contents of the text field will be highlighted in blue.
Then select the "Copy" command on the "Edit" menu of your browser to copy the selected code. If you do not want to paste the code into the source HTML code of your site, you can paste it into another application (for instance, Notepad).
Now let's see how to paste the code into the source HTML code of our site.
In order to show promotional materials on your site, it is really important that you copy the ad code in exactly the same way it is displayed on the pages in your account and paste it directly into the source HTML code of your web pages without any changes. Changes in the ad code may result in errors on your page.
After you copy the code, get back to the desktop and open your HTML editor. After you open the source HTML code, select the place where you need to paste your ad code and select "Paste" on the "Edit" menu.
After you edit the code of your web page(s), you should save the changes and upload the updated pages to the server or publish them there. If you have problems with uploading the pages to the server, contact your web hosting service provider.
If you add the code correctly, your promotional materials should appear on your site immediately.
How much will I earn by participating in your affiliate program?
It depends on a lot of factors, such as:
  1. The number of visitors on your site or the sites where you publish information about us.
  2. The relevance of the topics the site deals with to that targeted audience that may get interested in the exchanger monitoring service. In plain words, do not expect a lot of visitors coming from your affiliate link published on a site devoted to breeding parrots.
  3. Correct information presentation. For instance, one little "currency exchange" link without any description somewhere in the corner of a web page will not attract many people.
If I publish my affiliate link in my signature on a forum, will I still get the credit for clicks and other affiliate program bonuses?
Yes, you will.
I already have other affiliate programs on my site. Can I participate in your affiliate program?
Yes, you can. We have no restrictions regarding other affiliate programs.
Does my site fit for participating in the affiliate program?
We welcome any sites that comply with the terms and conditions of our affiliate program. You can see the list of requirements here (Item 7).
I am sure that several people used my link, but I got no money for them. Why?
Taking into account our terms and conditions, we can come up with the following list of possible reasons why you were not paid for your visitors:
  1. Somebody has already come to our site from the IP address of your visitor using someone else's affiliate link (not yours) within the recent 365 days;
  2. The visitor clicked your link and then left the site right away. You start getting paid from the second visited page of the site. Anyway, a cookie with your affiliate ID is added to the browser of the visitor who uses your affiliate link. This visitor will still be considered yours and you will get paid for the visitor's next visit to our site (even if the visitor does not use your affiliate link);
  3. Your visitor's browser does not send the "referer" parameter. Note that this parameter will not be sent if the affiliate link was entered into the browser manually (without clicking the affiliate link);
  4. The visitor came from a site that is on the black list of our affiliate program (you do not get paid for visitors from such sites). You can find the reasons why sites get on our unpaid list on the page with the terms and conditions (Item 7).
What do the "Direct clicks" and "Clicks from blacklisted websites" statistics mean?
Our affiliate program does not take into account clicks without the "referer" parameter as well as clicks from a previously blacklisted website. Possible scenarios:
  1. Your visitor's browser does not send the "referer" parameter.
  2. The user has typed the affiliate link in the address bar of the browser manually without clicking the affiliate link.
  3. The affiliate link has been clicked not in the browser but, for instance, in some instant messenger or some other application.
  4. The link has been clicked on some website where it is forbidden to send the "referer" parameter (for instance, with the help of a special meta tag).
  5. A URL shortener that sends no "referer" or replaces the actual "referer" of the initial page with the address of the shortened URL has been used.
  6. The user clicked the link on a website blacklisted in our affiliate program. You can find the reasons why websites end up in our unpaid list on the page with the terms and conditions (Item 7).
How many levels are there in your affiliate program? Do you pay for getting new affiliates?
Our program of partnership consists of 3 levels:
  1. Level 1. The user followed the partner's link provided by you and used monitoring option. Your income from such users is generated according to the main rules of our program of partnership.
  2. Level 2. The user engaged by you is registered as a partner. Every time they require a payment from the partnership funds, you earn additional 30% of the required sum.
  3. Level 3. The user engaged by the partner, who was engaged by you, is registered as a partner. Every time they require a payment from the partnership funds, you earn additional 10% of the required sum.
How do you detect cheaters among affiliates?
Our system automatically detects most types of cheats and the administrator gets the list of suspicious affiliates. The administrator deals with each case individually. Besides, every account is checked for cheats when we pay our affiliates. We have all the statistics we need for that.
I cannot log into my affiliate account. I get "The username and password do not match". What should I do?
Make sure you do not have Caps Lock on. If you can remember for sure only your username, use the Password Reminder feature. The password will be sent to the e-mail address you specified during the registration.
How do you pay the earned money?
We pay our affiliates through the Perfect Money (USD, EUR), Payeer (USD, EUR), QIWI (USD, EUR) payment systems depending on what they choose. After you submit an application for payment, our administrator will check your account for attempts to cheat within 5 business days. Do not worry if the payment of your affiliate reward takes a while – the administrator sees all applications and will process yours anyway.
Why is my affiliate account blocked?
Our administrator blocks accounts of unfair affiliates (in case they obviously cheat with the number of visits). There are no other reasons for blocking an affiliate account. It is impossible to restore a blocked account – the decision to block an account is final in all cases. We are not interested in further work with such affiliates (cheaters).
